Substitute Beneficiary and % of Beneficial Rights:  Kindly specify the individual or individuals who will assume ownership in the event of the Primary Beneficiaries’ passing.

The beneficiaries are those who will inherit their rights within the trust.

For instance, you can designate X as the initial beneficiary, and if X is unavailable, then Y takes precedence, followed by Z, and so forth, each with a 100% entitlement at that time.

Alternatively, you can name both X and Y as beneficiaries, splitting the benefits equally at 50% each upon your demise, or in a proportion you specify.
