About The Closing Company

One point of coordination. A clearer path forward.

The Closing Company is a bilingual closing coordination firm based in La Paz, Baja California Sur. We organize the people, documents, costs, and next steps behind property transactions so clients and professionals can move forward with greater clarity. Our work also includes certified translations between English and Spanish.

Why coordination matters

A complex closing should not feel disorganized.

A real estate closing may involve a Mexican notary office, trustee bank, escrow provider, government agencies, technical professionals, and translators. Each participant handles a different part of the file. Without active coordination, requirements can surface late, updates can become fragmented, and responsibilities can be difficult to track.

The Closing Company brings that information together. We identify what is needed, clarify who is responsible, and keep the appropriate parties informed as the transaction moves from the initial review through signing and the agreed follow-up.

How we bring order to the process.

Our work is designed to make complex information easier to understand and the next step easier to act on.

01

See the full picture

We review the available transaction and property information, identify the participants involved, and organize the requirements that apply to the file.

02

Keep responsibilities clear

We track who is responsible for each document, decision, or confirmation and explain which items depend on independent institutions or professionals.

03

Make costs easier to understand

Expected closing costs and third-party fees are explained before work begins. Amounts that still require confirmation are identified clearly.

04

Follow through with purpose

We track documents, requests, signing arrangements, and agreed post-closing items while communicating the progress that matters.

The standards behind our work

Professional coordination, handled with care.

Clarity before commitment

We begin by understanding the property, the transaction, and the available information before defining the proposed scope.

Bilingual communication

We explain requirements and meaningful updates in clear English or Spanish, without unnecessary complexity.

Transparency around costs

We distinguish between known amounts, estimates, and figures that remain subject to confirmation by third parties.

Follow-through beyond signing

When post-closing work is included in the agreed scope, we continue coordinating the outstanding items and keep the client informed.

Clear professional boundaries

One coordinated file. Clearly defined responsibilities.

The Closing Company keeps the transaction organized and communication moving. We coordinate the file, but we do not replace the professionals or authorities responsible for legal, tax, banking, technical, or government decisions.

We coordinate
Documents, communication, and follow-up throughout the agreed scope.
Independent professionals advise
Each remains responsible for its own services, fees, timing, and professional judgment.
Institutions and authorities decide
Mexican notary offices, trustee banks, the Public Registry, cadastral offices, and government authorities conduct their own reviews and approvals.

A clear process from the first review forward.

The exact work is tailored to the property and transaction, but the way we organize it remains disciplined and transparent.
