Need a certified translation?
Certified translations between Spanish and English, reviewed, signed, and sealed by a court-authorized translator.
A certified translation is more than a word-for-word rendering. It must accurately reflect the original document and be prepared for the authority or institution that will receive it.
Before quoting, we review the complete document, its length, and its intended use. You receive a clear price, estimated turnaround time, and delivery options before work begins.

Every translation follows a structured five-step workflow designed to preserve the meaning, accuracy, and clarity of the original document.
Document Assessment
We review the document’s content, length, subject matter, and intended use.
Planning and Assignment

Specialized Translation
We translate with careful attention to terminology, context, and intended use—not word for word, but accurately and appropriately for the document.
Quality Assurance
We check names, dates, numbers, terminology, formatting, and consistency against the original.
Certification and Delivery
After final review, the translation is certified, signed, and sealed for submission to the relevant authority, institution, or organization.
Every translation is prepared under the professional direction of Lic. Natalia Argumedo Montenegro. In 2007, the Superior Court of Justice of the State of Baja California Sur authorized her to serve as an expert translator for English and Spanish pursuant to Official Letter No. SGA-304/2007.
Her authorization has been renewed annually since 2007 and remains in effect. Lic. Natalia personally conducts the final review and signs and seals each certified translation.
